As now ICDS is applicable from AY 17/18 , diclosure of same is to made in 3 CD report as well as in ITR. And money deposited during demonetisation above 2 lakhs to be diclosed in ITR. Regarding black Money section 115 BBE comes in to picture.
I am attaching new format of 3 CD applicable for AY 2017/18.
