The sale of Fixed Asset should be disclosed in Annexure 1(a) of Addition and Deduction of Fixed Assets during the year.

No,,,it should not be disclosed in Form 3CD rather its a part Dep sch. n dat shub be shown there,,as a sale in the schedule...
