I am proprietor of my business & my acoounts to be audited as per I.T. rule as my turnover is more than 1 crore for A.Y.2012-13.

I came to know from my Chartered Accountatnt that for A.Y.2012-13 the audit report form 3CB & 3 Cd shall be submitted alongwith my online I.T. Return !

I have downloaded ITR-4 (A.Y.2012-13) from Income Tax Site, but there is no such forms or details are shown in the ITR-4.

Any body can guide me about how to submit or upload the audit report form no.3CB & 3 CD with my ITR-4 for A.Y.2012-13.

IN THE INCOME TAX RETURN YOU CAN FIND SEPARATE ANNEUXRE CALLED AS PART -AOI, WHICH CONTAINS THE all the information relating to tax audit. i.e. it contains all the clauses which contains in the form 3cd... so as such the auditor will not submit the form 3cd along with the income tax return.... he will file the information contained in the form 3cd in annexure part AOI...... which resembles the information contained in the form 3cd.....

but tax audit report has to be sumitted in hard copy when requested by the concerned income tax authorities....
