form 38 and form C generation
do we have to generate form 38 on import of goods form other state in UP .....?????

yes you do have to download form 38 till e-way bills comes in effect
no need of any form for 2 months after the stipulated period e-waybill will generate
I asked in with Commissioner of UP Vat, according to him there is not any requirment of Form 38 from 01st July 2017.
I need form 38 for assessment 2017-2018 so how to generate form 38 Details .
