Company with status dormant. No returns filed since 2006.
MCA records show only one director (X) who resigned in 2006 but does not show director Y who was appointed in 2002 but never resigned.
Now, how can form 32 for appointment of Y and resignation of X be filed?
The problem is if first form 32 for resignation of X is filed, who will sign the appointment of Y and if vice versa, then why should X allow company to use his DSC for appointment of Y many years later?
If Y was apointed in 2002, form should have been filed in 2002 itself. As far as i understand you have to file all the returns which should have been filed to make the company status active and similarly, form 32 can be filed but will attract fee due to delayed filing. Correct me if I am wrong. And company mustb be having two directors atleast then other director's DSC can be put on forms.
