YOU MAY BE APPOINTING SAME PERSON , WHO IS ALREADY A DIRECTOR IN THE COMPANY
Please check the authorised signatories once on MCA portal, before uploading Form 32, you may notice that the person you are trying to appoint, is already a director in the company!
