I upload a form 32 for 2 directors appointment & 3 directors resignation but by mistaken i written wrong effective date of appointment & resignation in form 32. ROC demand resolution for same because i was not attached resolution . can i change full form 32 & attached with resolution in form 67 pls give advice or any solution for this position.

In my opinion, rectification in form32 wid the help of form67 cannot be done. becuase technically the system automatically picks up the date of appointment/resignation for "view signatory detail" report available in mca website.
U can do one thing, that let that form32 get rejected by ROC due to non-submission of form67 along wid board resolution.
After that u can upload fresh form32 wid correct information & do attach board resolution.
If you dont submit form 67 within 30 days the form 32 shall be rejected. then fill a new and correct form 32 and file it freshly with the board resolution, with late filing fee and it shall be accepted.
