Form 3 was sent for resubmission with remarks -witness person to write his/her name and address in agreement
I would like to know if we can edit the last page of the LLP deed to include witness address or do we need to make the whole deed again?
Please shed some light on this remark.
No need to change whole Deed. Just changing on last page is enough along with notarization.
