Form 3 in llp

1. You may raise a ticket with MCA - requesting LLP3 

2. If it was prepared in laptop / desktop and deleted by mistake, you can retrive the same. You can visit laptop/desktop repair shop they will retrive the same through hard disk.

Form 3 is not available while looking in "View Public Documents" on mca website. Form 3 (LLP Agreement) is not considered as public document and hence it is not shown in the link. You are not requried to worry about it, unless you know that the form is not filed. if you have SRN of Form 3, based on which you can raise a ticket on MCA and might get Form 3 copy.

I had personally gone ROC Delhi and now they are saying Form 3 filled not properlly so it is rejected and you need to pay a fine of around one lack to resolve the issue. Ie., they are charging a fine of Rs 100 per Day. There was no intimation from ROC and till last month we were filing all the retun properly. Now don't know what to do as we are vey small firm. I am unable to wind up also without paying the fine.  Any Suggetions 

If you had filed the Form, then you should have checked the status of SRN at that time only. SRN should be tracked till the status shown as 'Approved'

I really do not find any solution to this as of now. LLP has to pay the amount in any case.

My Consulant formed my LLP Company in 2012. I have been filing annual compliances (Form-8 and 11) every year. But, now while filing Form-8, System is asking to file Form-3, which consultant did not file at time of incorporation.

I am in a big soup now. I want to wind up company, but system does not allow to upload form-24 as well.

Penalty would be really huge. Please suggest something, if someone found out a way-out.

Hi Rohit, I could not get any good replay and i had personaly gone to ROC also. This can done only by paying the fine. Without paying the fine cant submit any other filing. 

I am unable to pay now this huge fine. I trying to keep this LLP dorment and may be after 2 to 3 years and wind up the same with least fine.

Kindly let me know any other solution.
