Form 3 Attachment

As per the provision of Section 79 of the LLP act, if there is any change in the LLP agreement in respect of change in the designated partner or change in the designation of designated partner, it shall be immediately reported to ROC, within 30 days of such change.

If the date of LLP agreement is prior to the date of incorporation, then such date of execution of agreement shall be revised by filing Form 3 to the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.In form 3, fields 2,3,4 and point 18 to 22 shall be filed in Part B

Attachments shall include the mandatory initial LLP agreement and the supplementary agreement .

Let me be very specific.

Date of agreement is  11/04/2019 and it is mentioned in the First page of agreement and even Franking date is 11/04/2019.

At subsequent page in commencement clause I had left date of commencement blank & when I got Form 16 and date of incorporation as 07/05/19, I added this fact over there.   Now while filing Form 3 I just uploaded Singed Agreement Form.

Further yesterday only I got mail for re submission stating that I have not specified the address of the witnessee in Agreement.

I mean Like I was expecting something regarding this date of incorporation and date of agreement problem but they gave me Address wala thing.

Now I will mention the address and resubmit but should I submit any this with respect to rectification.
