I want your advise on Form 27C (declaration by buyer for purchase without TCS) . Form 27C should be collected from buyer on monthly , quarterly or annualy to submitt the same with Income Tax Department .

As per IT Act, U/s 206C (1A), Form 27C should be filed on or before the seventhday day of the month next following the month in which the declaration is furnished to him...
its peferred to file monthly or in the month the transaction has taken place...
