For filing form 26QB in case of installment payment to seller. Is there necessary to file form 26QB for every installment.
And how to pay through cheque after filing form 26 QB.

1. Yes, for each installment/s paid during a month.
2. Buyer can approach any of the authorized Bank Branch to facilitate in making e-payment, via cheque or other payment mode.
Thank you dear sir.. sir what will be the date of tds paid in form 26QB as the tds will be paid after filing form 26 QB with cheque. ??
Date on which bank pays it to TIN, based on its payment by clearing settlement. (roughly 3 working days)
