This is related to purchase of an under construction apartment property. Per the schedule part of payment was due on which I had to pay TDS. In Form 26QB > "Property Transferred Details" > "Address Details" there is a mistake in the apartment number.
To get it corrected, I filed for correction in Traces website and the correction was approved. I chose Aadhar based e-approval instead of e-banking or AO.
In Traces website, after the Form 26QB correction was approved, then I went to IT e-portal. However, the Form 26QB still shows the old "Address Details". If I go to Traces website, and request for a new form download it generated a Form16B, but this form does NOT have the "Address Details" of the property printed on it.
My question is where do I go, to get the updated Form 26QB with the correct "Address Details"? Thank you for the guidance.
