Form 24 default notice 2012-2013

Justification report is not available in tdscpc .in that case what to do. Pay the tax or wait for justification report and then reply

Dear Sir

For the year 2012-2013 , we had received TDS default notice for Form24q.  The aggregate q1+q2+q3+q4 of  Annexure 1 , Column(318)  Taxable  amount on which tax deducted  matches with the column of annexure II column 340- Total taxable income. The  Total net tax payable is Rs.4691/- . Tota tax deducted is Rs.5580/-. But we have received the notice for short deduction Rs.4691/-

Please help
