A company status in master data was "Strike Off" so they have submitted petition to Hon'ble High Court U/s 560(6) to re-active and got order on 18/04/2011 and certified copy of order received on 19/04/2011. Now they want to file form 21 with roc and require some clarification in this regard, in form 21 mentioned : -
6. Number of days within which order is to be filed with Registrar (To be entered pursuant to aforesaid sections or in terms of court order or CLB order or order of the competent authority, as the case may be)
Please advice me abount above points.
Having DSC but No director's having DIN (appointment in 1999), whether DIN-1, 2 & 3 require at first before filling of form 21?
Also Showing error message while trying to upload Form 21: "The status of company is Defunct. The form can not be filed"
Kindly advice me.
