Dear All,
While i am filing Form 20B of some comapnies for FY 2012-13, it is asking for "Details of director(s), Managing Director, manager and secretary who ceased to be associated with the company since the date of last AGM" in Point NO. 13 of the said form. So, please tell me that here Last AGM date means AGM in 2013 or what was in 2012 ?
Please rply urgently...i need the solution

In the form, if there has been any resignation by any of your Directors, Md, manager or secretary between AGM date of 2012 till this year's agm date (2013), you have to give the info of them....

But, one interesting fact i want to share with you people that when i called MCA help desk regarding this particular query they suggest the AGM date of 2013 which is the latest one. & one more thing that if u check the Mater Data of MCA u will find that there also it's written that "Last AGM Date: xx/09/2013 or else i.e; it shows the latest date of AGM held....
Significant Point : Last AGM Date as per ROC Form : AGM as on 2012
And Last AGM Date as per MCA Site & Help Desk : AGM as on 2013.

Once you have filed Form 23AC-ACA or F 66 as applicable for the current year, the same gets updated in the MCA site and thus the last AGM date as per them will be the current one...Its auto updated from their end......
However, for 20B purposes, the last AGM will obviously be that of last year (in your case AGM date of 2012)....
