Do we need to file FORM 2A also along with FORM 2 (as linked form or separately) for incorporating LLP???

Why do you need to file Form 2A? I have never heard about Form 2A for incorporating an LLP.

sorry bro...even i never heard about it. But it is given on MCA website ( mentioned as details of DPs to filed along with FORM 2) . Even I am confused.
You are not required to have any Form 2A for incorporation.
I guess Form 2A is is to be filed in case details of all designated partners and partners are not provided in the corresponding Form 2. Form 2 has limited speces for providing details of DP and Partners. So, if it is exceeding, then only Form 2A is required.

form 2A will only be useful for filing the details of DP in case if their limit exceeds 50
