Form-2 not able to upload

Dear Professional Friends,

I am trying to upload form-2 for now more than 9 hours but MCA not allowing me to upload the form. while doing pre-scrutiny no error is found by MCA portal. But while uploading the form returns back with no reason other than prescrutinize again.

I am harrased like anything. MCA should have some way of informing professionals about the error by message.

I have filed all other forms but no error is coming so there is no issue of slowing of MCA website etc..

can anybody help me with the minute details of how to file form-2 or what is to be most taken care of while filling details in Form-2. I think i need to re-learn this filing.

Agreed with you, Kinnari. All of us face many problems while uploading forms on MCA site especially during Annual filing period.

In case of Form 2, you can see if your form is the same as the one available on the system. MCA keeeps on coming up with lot of changes in Form 2 and it might be possible that your Form is the outdated one. In such a case, you have to download the fresh form and fill it again.

After the presrutiny, save the prescrutinised form and upload that prescrutinised form on the system. Other details that need to be taken care of are: size of the form, digital signatures etc. As a lender of last resort, put a mail to MCA or else visit ROC office.
