Whether Form 2 has to be filed in case of Newly formed Private Limited Company?

Form-2 is not required to be filed for subscribers hence no formal allotment is required in case of subscribers. They are deemed members and shareholders of the Company.
However if you have made any fresh allotment of share than you have to file form 2 with 30 days of board meeting allotment.
