Submit another e-form 2 with corrections and an cover letter uploaded seperately stating the correction. 

That is enough. But you have to pay the same fee with some penalty.

Sir, could you please tell how the cover letter is to be submitted??

File another form 2 attach all the relevant documents and also attach a covering letter signed by the director that due to clarical mistake capital was wrongly filled in the form which is being rectified by filing another form 2 please take the correct details on record. New form will be approved and master data will be accordingly corrected.
