My query is about the Wrong allotment to Mr.XXX and he is not paid application money & allotment Money....However i filed Form 2 & Annual Return...how to rectify this mistakes
learned Members pls give advice....

Dear Ramesh,
In this synario, if the form is already approved by the ROC, then it can`not be rectified. if the form is not approved, meet ROC or file revised form.
(Regulation 17(2) of the Cmpanies regulatin 1956)
