FORM 1A - MAIN OBJECTIVES

PLEASE TELL ME THE RULES TO 'MENTION MAIN OBJECTIVES' OF THE COMPANY IN FORM 1A WHILE APPLYING NAME.

IS IT NECESSARY TO MENTION ALL THE OBJECTIVES STRICTLY INCLUDING THE DEVICES AND MACHINARY NAMES ALSO ?

ALSO,  SHOULD IT BE WORD TO WORD MATCH WITH THE OBJECTIVES WE SOUGHT TO MENTIONED IN MOA ?

( WE GOING TO FORM A PRIVATE LIMITED CONCERN - MANUFACTURING, SERVICE PROVIDE IN REPARES & MAINTAINANCE )

There in no compulsion that all the objects should be mentioned in form 1A. A brief sentence that can summarise your main business activities is sufficient.

Secondly it is also not mandatory  that the objects in form 1A and MOA should match word to word.I can give you an example: We had also incorporated a Software Company and at that time we had given it main objects as"Information Technology and other allied activities including provision for software solutions." and the Company got incorporated successfully.

But one thing to be kept in mind , that the main objects in MOA and form 1A should not contradict each other that is to say they should be similar.
