Form 1a-certification

MCA 801 views 3 replies

Dear friends,

Kindly advice on the following.....

From 1A on the MCA site if certified by a practicing cs can be filed with just one proposed company name.

Is it mandatory to provide other such names maybe 4-5 if not certified by practising professional?

Practically if we file form 1A with just one propsed name entered and without certification by a practicing professional, can it be a ground for ROC rejection??

There is no such thing. Option to apply six names is given for the convenience of the Applicant.

Application can be absolutely made with one name even when it is signed by the applicant.

then why does the form 1A mention clear that if we have just one name then the form has to be certified by a professional

It is expected from a practicing professional to search the proposed name in advance using MCA site links to keep it in sync with Companies (Name Availability) Rules, 2011. This is the whole idea behind one co. name and professional certification.
