Dear Jyotiprakash

Required Period for filing the form - 30 days (normal fee)

within next 30 days - (Normal + Additional Fee)

later on file petition with CLB u/s 141 all fee + penalty.

So file the form with late fee and before Aug 31, 2010 you can avail fee concession in fine so file it and enjoy saving of 75%

Regards

In Form 17, Time is only 30 days, Then after it becomes CLB

Whereas

In Form 8, Time is 30 + 30 days..

Agreed with Mr. Ankur.

The time limit extension for another 30 days is applicable only for Form 8 and not Form 17.

In case of Form 17, after the expiry of 30 days, petition is required to be filed with CLB.

Thanks and regards

What are the documents to be attached for the same.

Can the form 17 of ROC be file without Agent ?

Only NO DUE CERTIFICATE from Bank/Financial institution is required to be attached with Form 17.

Form 17 will be digitally signed by director and bank official.
