I have just seen Form 16A issued by one PSU Bank where TDS is zero because interest on FD is less than Rs 10000.00. Even this form is sent on address as mentioned in PAN no.Is there any new guideline is issued to file return by Banks for all cases (including interest earned thru saving/RD a/cs ?
