Form 16 (traces)

You can download the Form 16 in Traces website. You need to make some documents handy while requesting for form 16. That is 1) TDS Quarterly Return where it asks for Token No, 2) PAN No's of the person whome you are requesting for Form 16 and lastly the 3) Workings which you have made while making the returns. It takes nearly 12 hours from the time of request to obtain thr Form 16.

as i talk with TRACES Customer care services reprenntative we could download Form 16 (Salary TDS Certificate) Quarterly, we can only after FY completed,

Form 16 can be downloaded for a financial year after the financial year is over. It can not be downloaded quarter wise.
