Hi, wanted to know in form 16 part a and part b if the period with the employer is from the date of joining the company is it correct for example for a.y. 2021-22 if the period with employer is 1/01/1992 to 31/03/2021 is it correct and can be used?

The "Period with the Employer" in Form 16 must correspond only to the dates you were employed by that company within that specific financial year. For a full year of employment, this is typically 01/04/[Start Year] to 31/03/[End Year]. You should not use your actual date of joining if it falls in a previous financial year.
