Is it mandatory to issue Form 16 Part-B from Traces if Employee's income not taxable? 

any notification?

Hope you will be seeing many part-A and part-B generated from traces though no tax was deducted .

Hope you do ITR filing for salary category

Then you might have observed many part-A and part-B which were generated from traces though no tds was deducted
