How to Generate Form 12BA to issue along with Form 16.
Please guide . It had to be uploaded on Traces or Income Tax website ?

Form 12BA is a statement of perquisites issued by your employer if your annual salary exceeds ₹1,50,000. It is meant to be shared by the employer directly with the employee alongside Form 16 by June 15th, and it is not uploaded to the TRACES or Income Tax portal.
