Form 16 by employer form own software
hi,
i just want to know about the validity of form 16 provided by employer by his own software and not from traces .
can any one help me out in this matter.

If no TDS deducted........... no form 16 dowloaded from TRACES....... so any form 16 from employer with signature is OK.
But if TDS deducted by employer.......ask for original one......
if employee is contract basic and monthly pay is less than 12000 than what is procedure to fill itr 1 if form 16 not available or not issue because salary is provided from contingent fund
Any salary cerificate or form 16 or bank statement ......as records of salary?
In case of TDS you have to compulsorily download the Part A of the form 16 from TRACES. Part B has to filled manually. For no TDS case you may generate form 16 part A and B in any manner
Yes, some employer doesn't generate form 16 from traces they create form 16 in tally software automatically....
SO WHAT TO DO?
First of all check your 26AS Tax Credit Statement.
If it is same with form 16 then you don't need to take worry...
