our company is incorporated in the sep'2009 but it has hired the employees and paid salaries from the month of july'2009
so from which date should we issue form 16 and can the payslips can be issued for the month of july and aug'2009

before incorporated period you cant give Form 16 but you can give pay slip.

but wht period as to be covered in form 16 is it from july or sep
You should have to start filing your tds return from second quarter and issue form 16 from the same quarter.
