DEAR FREIND,

I WANT EXCEL FORMAT FOR FORM 16 & 16-A .

WHETHER WE SHOULD SHOW REBATE U/S 88,B-C-D IN FORM NO 16 OR TO ISSUE AFTER DELETING THAT POINT

PLS ITS URGENT.

A notification has been issued with regard to changes in Form 16. Ref Notification 50/2006 in www.incometaxindia.gov.in

The said changes to be effected while issuing Form 16 for AY 2006 - 07.

You should shown rebate under section 88, 88B 88C 88D in Form-16

Dear member,
The form 16 has been amended and,the new forms are awailable in all most all the bookshops or you can log on the income department's website.

Hi Gaurav

I seek a clarification on Returns filing for the period 2007April -2008 March

I have worked as a consultant and got 16 A, and from Dec until worked as Employee got Form 16, is there any way to compile both these figures and file a return

Let me know how to do this
