We filed TDS return for the all quarters of Financial Year
2012-13.We downloaded 16A & forwarded to the respective parties.
Among these parties the PAN of 2 parties were incorrect. These
parties had a transaction in all the quarter. So we had to file
revised TDS Return for updating pan no of deductees.
Now while downloading form 16 A , we have to quote 3 transactions in
the quarter along with PAN No, & TDS amount.
In our case , in revised return there are only 2 parties in all for quarters,
So what I sud mention in that column ?

For downloding Form 16A, You can select any Challan which has an amount equals to maximum of 3 distinct PAN's in the respective quarter, then Enter the details of the same. Suppose, If u have maximum of 2 distinct PAN's in the challan in the respective quarter, then enter such 2 PAN no.'s with corresponding amount. Then Submit it. It would ask "Are u sure that u have less than 3 Pan's with the corresponding Challan. Click YES it enables submit request sucessfully. Same procedure even in revised Case irrespective of no. of correction u made.
