i want 2 know do we have issue from 16 to each employees irresptive of tds deducetd or not.i mean even if such employees is not attraced to TDS.reply pls.

no, it is not neccessary. however if u have a employee you have to cut the profession tax and pay it o the govt. hence, u have to issue them form 16 for the deduction of profession tax
