One of the employee left the organisation afet serving 4 months. Again he has joined in the same organisation, then he has served for 2months in the same financial year.
Should we give single form 16 or not.
Can you please explain the reasons for that.

Did the employee join at the same designation.
Yes, he was joined with the same designation.
I believe that 2 Form 16s should be issued by the employer. when the person joins for second time, it is a fresh employment leading to a new employee number being allotted to employee.
This will be true for PF , Gratuity and other employee benefits also.
