Form 15G in PF

Want to withdraw my entire PF amount from the previous company, while applying it through online, i noticed there will be a TDS deduction. Form 15G is mandatory to save the TDS amount. Kindly clarify my doubts.

If PF amount above 50000/- than Form 15G is Complsury. Otherwise not required
Form No. 15G or 15H are self-declaration forms that can be furnished by individuals to state that their income is below the taxable limit and hence no TDS should be deducted.

Provident fund withdrawal is before five years 
of completion of service attracts TDS at 10 per cent
