I think the time is gone
It was already over on 30th April 21 if you submit now then TDS has been deducted
I think if you submit now they may not deduct TDS/ Deduct lower deduction of TDS from now onwards.
But certain amount may be deducted as it was furnished later
Yeah but we can prevent to deduct TDS on future income

These forms are supposed to be submitted at the beginning of each year
15G/H should be submitted before 15th April every year
