I have prepared Form 15CB for remittance of Repartriation of Surplus Funds, which will be submitted to banker, Since Reparttriation of Surplus Fund is not an income and not liable to deduct TDS, is it necessary for me to put note specifying that Reparttriation of Surplus Fund is not an income and not liable to deduct TDS ???
Yes. You can put a note that surplus which is now transferred was generated from income which has already suffered tax and there is not tax liability or all tax liability has been met
