One of my logistic co has availed the services of a foreign agent and has to make foreign remittance towards freight charges.
I have to issue him 15CA/CB . My question is whether TDS has to be deducted on such remittance and if yes at what rate.

you would have to check if theres any treaty between two countries(india and the other country to which your party is making payment to) if any rate specified as per treaty then that rate or else the rate applicable as per s195.
