Friends I have completed my articleship in jan 2012 and received articleship completion letter .Now Iam going to register for ICAI(Cost accountant) intermediate.I have 2 questions                                                                                                                                                               

1.  Do I need to send form 112?

2. I have not sent form 112 before when I was doing my articleship for doing B.com graduation(private distance education),Is there any problem?

I thought there is no requirement to sent 112 for doing graduation
