Hi all,

I am trying to submit form 112 in the ssp portal for the last three weeks.

I have uploaded the form 112 in the portal; but when I am trying to submit the form, the page becomes either unresponsive or returns to the previous page without submitting the form. Immediately I receive the following mail in my registered mail id.

'Your Form 112 has been approved by the regional office and letter of approval has been sent via email. Kindly visit ICAI Self Service Portal for further details.

However, I have not received any such permission letter from ICAI so far. Due to this error, my qualification update request is also showing pending for Form 112 to be submitted.

I have already sent numerous emails to ssp and different persons of ICAI to rectify this error but no reply has been received so far. I also posted the grievance in e-sahayataa; but my grievance is still showing "under-process". I also tried to call ssp helpline numbers; but they are not picking up the call.

Do you guys have any idea whom I should contact?? Its been almost three weeks since I am trying to resolve this issue..

If you have any email id or contact number for rectifying this error, plz let me know.

I am eligible to apply to membership. The qualification were not updated in my self service portal profile. So i updated my qualification of Graduation. My graduation completed from 2011 to 2013. My Articlship started on 22/02/2012. So it required forn 112. At that time in 2012 i have sent a form 112 physical( manually ) to Central regional office kanpur. But when i tried to fill update my qualification details of graduation , today, it is aking to print the form 112 and to get it signed from colllege and principal and then to upload it.

My problem is that when i have already supplied my form 112 in 2012 , why it is asking me again. If i submit it today i also have to pay condonation fee Rs. 2500 + penalty. And it is also not possible to get the form 112 signed after 7 years.

And i am also not able to file my form 2 due to this pendency of form 112. Please help me in this regard

Guys check your articleship letter ICAI have mention regarding B.com if you are doing along with it

Did ur issue got resolved?

I am facing the same issue and raised grievance with e-sahayata but not sure about the end results.Kindly help me with it if ur issue regarding 112 form got resolved.
