Form 112
I'm ex student of my college, I haven't submitted form 112 and now Icai has asked me to submit the same in order to get membership no. Principal of college says that she can give bona fide certificate. Only submiting bona fide certificate will do or sign n seal in form 112 is also to be taken ?
