If Form 10CCB is not visible, check the "For Your Action" tab under Pending Actions > Worklist in the assessee's portal. If it is not there, wait up to 48 hours for system sync, try clearing your browser cache/cookies, or contact the Income Tax Department's helpdesk at orm @ cpc.incometax.gov.in.
