we have filed the form 10bd before the due date of 31 May and now we found a mistake of omission of a donation which is not mentioned in the original form 10bd.
The option to revise or delete the original details is available.
But how can we add new entry in the original form so the donee can claim deduction?

Go in revise option and add the entry.
Acknowledgement number is asked at the time of revision, which is only generated for the entries mentioned in the original form.
Just download receipt of original form and use acknowledgment number while you file revise return.
