When form 10AB is to be filed. I filed form 10A for 12A and 80G registration and renewal and got order Form 10AC. Currently I am getting confused of Form 10AB. NEED GUIDANCE .

You do not need to file Form 10AB immediately after receiving Form 10AC. Form 10AB is specifically an application for renewal or conversion of your registration. You will only need to use it once your current 3-year provisional registration is nearing its end (to convert to permanent) or when your 5-year regular registration is nearing its expiry (to renew). Always aim to file it at least six months before the current registration expires.
