Form 108 in new ICAI self service portal

Many Queries related to SSP Portal are solved and Many are pending as shown in Form No, 108 , 112 not shown , Mandatory Value missing in guardian , Query related to re validation, and other more query Etc .....  I have compile all the queries and sent more than 50 queries to SSP Portal hope it will resolved soon and its benefit  will get to all the students at large.   

As you have completed your articleship in March and submitting the form now their is a delay of more than 30 days.. Hence you will have to pay late fees as prescribed (Also note that the ICAI has condoned the delay between April and 30th June provided it beforeis paid before 31st July) In my case after i submitted the form 108 only then i got a notice that there is a delay of 8 days and liable for a payment of 500 but unfortunately they stopped accepting DD at that time and asked me to pay online. I am still not able to find any option to make payment of delay. The status shows that "Completion Requested".. But how do i make payment ?
