Form 108 help (urgent)

naman para B is relevant only for those who attended professional seminar on behalf of Employer(CA)....if u attended than fill detail of programme otherwise left blank.

Only when attended professional seminar on behalf of Employer(CA), If Anyone has attended on his own, then? Thanks, for the reply!

if u attended  on his own then u are required to fill detail in part B...if u sign attendance sheet in seminar or programme..otherwise not

And is it required to disclose ITT training.

I submit my 108 in institute & qot the quiery of signature mismatch.They demanded the previous sign & the change sign copy attested from principal.

guy plz suggest me the format or form to submit 108  above quiery.
