While filling form 108, what should be filled in para "B" of Last page. Please reply, its urgent!! If anyone can upload his filled form, it will be great!!! Thanks in advnace!!

naman para B is relevant only for those who attended professional seminar on behalf of Employer(CA)....if u attended than fill detail of programme otherwise left blank.

if u attended on his own then u are required to fill detail in part B...if u sign attendance sheet in seminar or programme..otherwise not

I submit my 108 in institute & qot the quiery of signature mismatch.They demanded the previous sign & the change sign copy attested from principal.
guy plz suggest me the format or form to submit 108 above quiery.

@ Manan : Signtures may change over time. Do what the Institute has asked you to do. No issues.
