Form 108 completion of articleship

Signing date on the form should be Original one because you have already send this form once but due to coming in proper channel ICAI wants to submit it through SSP . So please go through once the SSP portal- form 108 if there is any column then attach the stamped form in PDF format and state the details . And for late fee i think it is not applicable ..
