06 June 2008hi huys...
1. after getting over with filling the form 109 and getting it signed by my present principal/employer....what do i have to do afterwards.... send it to icai with form 102 and form 103 again signed by my new principal?
2. can we use the form 109 downloaded from internet or do we have to get it from icai after getting a signed request from our principal?

you can use 109form downloaded from icai site also....get 3 copies of 109 ready and get it signed 4m ur principal and also see that relevent details are filled.....one s retined by ur principal..one u hav 2 send 2 institute wid ur articles id card and t other is 4 ur use...send ur 109 wdin 30 day of gettin terminated...get new 102 &103 4m institut and get it signed wid ur new principal ...fill it 4 ur balance period of articles...no fees s 2 b paid 4 re registraton

hi srivatsan, thank u so much, u have no idea how much u helped me by replying to my query.
but i have one more thing that i wanted to ask u...
1. i still havent received my id card which i have to send with form 109 and letter from icai from the 102 and 103 form that i sent from my present principal(i got late sending the form...but its been a month since i posted it and 2 months since i joined), what do u think i shd do about it...send a letter explaining the problem or wait for the id card.
2. i have to join deloitte on 30th june in delhi... if i wait for the id card and not send my termination form no. 109 till 30th june after getting it signed and all by my present principal but also join deloitte, is there any chance that icai could cancel my transffer... coz then i'd be totally jobless, because i'm sure the guy i left will not be willing to take me back or let me learn from him.
Mr.Amit, when u register ur articles 4 t 1st time , u ll get ur letter and id card after 1 and 1/2 months time ( it happened in my case)...donna worry bout it....if u r specific try to meet someone of ca institute in personal and ask 4 it.....u hav told me tat u r joining deloitte only on 30th june...u have send ur termination 2 icai witin a time limit of 30 days 4m t date of getting terminated...so wat i advise u is tat try to get ur id card 4m ca institute before this month ending either personally of 2rgh post and u get ur termination signed just a day or 2 b4 joining deloitte.....k....Good luck dude
