@ Dhirajlal The only solution is to raise not only grievance in the portal but also to raise public grievance in the CPGRAMS portal of govt of India under 'CBDT' menu. If CPC closes grievance without actually doing it, again public grievance can be raised. In my case, reason for the problem is not known to me. Somehow, they have solved it. I have sent countless mails and grievances.

@ Dhirajlal Today (November 20,2021) I have successfully filed ITR-3.  I want a small clarification. "View filed returns menu" shows date  November 20, 21 for (i) ITR-filed (ii) pending for e-verification (iii) successfully e-verified.

However, dash board shows: File successfully and "Rerun filed on" as November 20,21 but "Return verified on" is shown as blue circle without any green tick and without any date. Is there anything to be worried?
